Taste		Tasted REALLY GOOD and had barely any sense of being a protein RTD.


Strength		It has helped me to strip back whilst maintaining muscle mass so even though I've dropped 6 kilos, my strength has remained about the same (which to me is as good as a strength gain).
Taste		Firstly the taste - I've tried strawberry and cookies and cream.
Taste		The strawberry was delicious, the c & c was too sickly sweet for my liking.
Anti-catabolic		It has helped me to strip back whilst maintaining muscle mass so even though I've dropped 6 kilos, my strength has remained about the same (which to me is as good as a strength gain).


Taste		buy these so much at the gym that i just bought some here, might as well, theyre my fav i love em! taste so good and filling


Taste		but I tried them both and found this version to have a little less taste.


Taste		The Syntha-6 powder is excellent and lives up to its claim of "ridiculously delicious".
Taste		However Syntha-6 RTD (ready to drink) is not even close to pleasant tasting.
Mixes well		Worst part is that it is always clumpy even after vigorous shaking.


Texture		hard to get out of the container and 2. have a disgusting consistency.
Mixes well		You have to shake it for about 5 minutes or you'll have large gelatine-like clumps of protein, which are 1.


Taste		The choclate taste good if you mix two scoops it's not as sweet as muscle milk I use a hand blender to mix no problems, I like the muscle milk choclate a little better in taste, and if you use two scoops in the sytha 6 your only going to get about 25 servings that's about 5 less than muscle milk that's my opinion I like both.


Mixes well		This product stays clumpy not matter how much you shake it, or what temp.
Value for money		but RTD was a waste of my money.


Taste		The vanilla flavor makes me gag, it really tastes like vomit.

Shakes	However, their RTD shakes are gross.

Taste		I have tried it just yesterday, and let me say that it had very awesome taste, and with 40 grams of protein!
Recovery ability		That even helps with recovery.


Taste		Best protein shake I have ever had, it literally tasted like chocolate pudding.
Value for money		but expensive to use exclusively


Taste		This product taste great, its like you are drinking a milk shake from Dairy Queen.
