Focus there were next to no pumps or focus.
Physical energy I felt a pretty decent amount of energy once 1.M.R. kicked in (took a little longer...30-40min).
Physical energy While the energy was alright,
Pump This product lacks citrulline and betaine which make all pre-workouts better, as well as huge pumps with the citrulline malate.
Pump there were next to no pumps or focus.
Pump The lack of pumps I'm betting were because the product relies on Arginine instead of Citrulline.
Taste The criterion will include price per serving (taking into account higher dosages), taste, product ingredients, whether the product uses a proprietary blend or not, the effectiveness of the product, any noticeable change after extended use, and the overall feeling of the product under review.
Taste I rated it an 8 because it tasted pretty good without any bad after taste.
Taste I feel a 7 is deserving because it had a decent price point, decent flavor, and decent effectiveness.
Value for money The criterion will include price per serving (taking into account higher dosages), taste, product ingredients, whether the product uses a proprietary blend or not, the effectiveness of the product, any noticeable change after extended use, and the overall feeling of the product under review.
Value for money This is not a bad price at all as many pre-workouts line up with this.
Value for money I feel a 7 is deserving because it had a decent price point, decent flavor, and decent effectiveness.
Ingredient profile The criterion will include price per serving (taking into account higher dosages), taste, product ingredients, whether the product uses a proprietary blend or not, the effectiveness of the product, any noticeable change after extended use, and the overall feeling of the product under review.
Ingredient profile I have never been a fan of proprietary labels because there is no way of knowing completely if the company is just bull****ting you or not.
Ingredient profile 1.M.R. has beta-alanine, creatine, and taurine as the main ingredients, which is not bad I suppose.
Ingredient profile However, overall I was not impressed by this products' ingredients.
Ingredient profile The fact that they will not disclose exact mg or g of caffeine, beta-alanine, creatine, taurine, or any of the other ingredients is really just a disservice to the customers.
Ingredient profile End the proprietary labels!
