Perhaps I'm just hyper-sensitive to the ingredients in Blade, but this pill has made me feel AWFUL. I've only taken one pill a day, and I can't believe that there are people who take 4 a day! One pill has made me flushed, anxious, fidgety, nauseous, shaky, and on top of it all - it makes my nose run?!? Ironically, the only thing that makes me feel slightly better is EATING! Which is exactly the opposite of what it should be doing!
I'm sending my unused portion back to Blue Star, and I can't recommend this product at all.

Focus		Focus there was a definite noticeable effect, my guess is due to the caffeine.
Fat loss		My rating of the product is based on 4 criteria, which is based on the product description: 1. Promote Fat Loss – 10/10 After taking this product, I was able to progress though my plateau.

Physical energy		2. Immediate Increase In Energy/A Better and More Effective Workout – 10/10 As each serving contains 250mg of caffeine (correct me if I am wrong), there is a definite boost of energy.

Fat loss		Great product I saw "adam10" review on it, I started combining fish oil, Carnitine LTLC, Blade, and even Status and watching my fats are melting away after 3 weeks now (with doing HIIT at least 3 days a week)! it has been helping me lose fats, boosting more energy, and burning fats all day!!
