Pump		I give this a ten because I've tried some highly qualified pumps and this one takes the cake so far.
Pump		but just the caffeine was a little lacking, take a preworkout with it, like c4 Pump- 10/10 Anything I do, legs, chest, shoulders, back, arms, they feel like exploding, it's like Arnold's explanation of the pump all over again.

Muscle gain		I bought this with the universal animal nitro and man without taking any protein supplements i love how i was getting pure lean muscle mass working hard at the gym and producing more mass i recommend this 2 together and i know it will Works.


Endurance		If I take or not before my workout I don't see any change in power or endurance.


Physical energy		Great energy and pumping from Pump , i use it with Pak and some proteins and the results are from earth to sky!

Vascularity		It was very nice to see how more and more veins appear on my body, I have never seen them earlier.

Pump		I have used three cans of this stuff and can say, that as a pre-workout supplement Animal Pump did not help me at all.

Pump		After a month of taking Animal Pump and Animal Stak I progress more than 6 months before that, for real ... But side effects are very bad for me at least, and that is the only reason why i give 9..
Pump		but I later tried individually both and found that the side effects associated with Animal pump and not with Animal Stak at least for me.But for those who can overcome the side effects this is an amazing product and with Animal Stak it's amazing combo...
