Value for money		Horrible product, the worst supplement you can ever waste your money on.


Value for money		Gets pricey for the people who weigh more, kind of a deluxe choice for the heavyset.

Ingredient profile		Best joint supplement I've taken by far one of the few products ive came across that has cissus in it as well as the typical ingredients.


Recovery ability		After a week or so of using Osteo-Sport a majority of the cracking disappeared and my elbow pain was greatly reduced and felt more recovered after lifting.


Value for money		Kinda expensive though, that's why it only gets a 9/10 from me.

Strength		I have also noticed I no longer get delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS), recover much faster, and am even gaining strength at a much more rapid rate than before.

Value for money		It didn't do anything for me, I still have the same pains and while on this product my jumper knee even popped up again.. SO no, totally not worth the money!

Strength		This, in conjunction with rest, has seemed to help me get back on my feet a little quicker - I'm going to attempt squats today after a month off.
Value for money		I wish this product was a little cheaper.


Texture		I realized smoother joint movements and less strain on Day: 2 of using Osteo-Sport.


Recovery ability		The OsteoSport has definitely contributed to the accelerated healing of my injury.


Taste		Also the taste isn't great at all (it's the cissus you can taste it)
