Physical energy		This is a great energy kick for about a two hour workout.


Pump		(I did take drink a protein shake immediately after the workout and eat a bar 3 hours latter) It certainly helped me focus and I got a decent pump as well.

Taste		I've used all the flavors of this awesome drink and if I was to suggest to a first timer go with the Mandarin Orange!

Physical energy		I read a review where someone said they drank half the bottle and was ready to workout in 15 minutes and had energy for hours.

Pump		I thought maybe it was since I weighed more than the reviewer so I drank the rest of the bottle after the 15 minutes and still didn't feel pumped up.
Taste		It did taste good though.
