Value for money		Cheap and well dosed, can't go wrong with Allmax.


Endurance		taking creatine for the first time, felt a big endurance during my swimmings, and this stuff really works.


Taste		I mix my creatine in with tea or coffee to fully dissolve it, and with Optimum there was absolutely no taste, even when mixed in with water.
