What ways do you consume your protein?

I like to make sludge or use it as a brownie.

shakes or whole food.
keep it simple and quick. i'd rather not make "treats" cuz it feels like i should count them as meals, and in my mind, its not

I mix it up with minimal water so it's like a batter. I like PB too much by itself to make sludge.
