I'm not reviewing or rating this product for now, because I don't have any experience with it other than using a sampler.

I did my workout about 45 min - 1 hour after drinking the sample packet. I wasn't feeling any more energetic than a jolt of caffeine would have given me. My workout wasn't any stronger than normal. I was more alert and focused, however, it didn't feel more effective than a CNS stimulant.

Its great, one of my favorites PRE workout formulas. Superpump 250 stacked with SizeOn and even with Novedex XT, makes a stack VERY HARD to beat. Gaspari is known for quality and its supplements prove it.

I agree with OP, SuperPump didn't really stand out for me, I found a bigger effect from No-Xplode.

I agree, I like NO-Xplode as well.

At the same time SP250 is a solid product, and when the two are compared I find little difference.

BTW, the new Raspberry Lemonade flavor of SP250 is AWESOME
