I'd love to try this out, judging from the reviews so far - but can anybody confirm whether it's got lactase enzyme or a "reduced lactose" indication on the label?
That's one of the reasons I've been sticking with Elite Whey for a while now - the reduced lactose, the taste, and the price.

I'm pretty sure this is not a low lactose whey product, nor does it contain any enzymes to aid in lactose digestion.
It's a pretty decent protein, but there are certainly more exciting and better valued proteins available online.

As phrozen5100 said, i dont think its a low lactose, its basically a cheap, basic protein. Youre lactose Intolerant?
Always stick to isolates if thats your case and you wont have a problem, but obviously, they cost more. It would be hard to see a Body fortress

Yeah, I'm lactose intolerant. There's quite a few whey products out there that are lactose-reduced, so it's just a matter of finding a tastier one to switch to for me. BB.com has a good protein finder, so I'll probably use that in conjunction with this site.

Body Fortress isn't bad, flavors are bland though, but what do you expect for the price? Hard to beat it, unless you want to buy a 10lber of American Whey or something similar.

this is true, the flavors are a bit "off" in my opinion. but for the price and the availability (at any walmart) its not a horrible protein. Ill use it in a pinch but other then that ill stick to ON 100% whey.
