Leukic Leukic is an Alright supplement. i honestly wouldn't spend 70 bucks or so on this product when you could go out and buy regular L-Leucine for under 8 bucks..it just doesn't make sense to spend money when you dont have to. But your not hear to listen to me tell you what to do..are ya? Nope..didn't think so. The muscle and strenght gains weren't bad..leukic puts you in an anabolic state, so pretty much your body's always ready to build muscle when you take this stuff before and after a workout.

Endurance went up but very little and i didn't write anything for taste or mixability because i took the pill form..if there's a powder form mix it with your post workout shakes, so if it tates like ass it's not as noticable.

The label directions are ok to follow if you want mediocer results, but take one serving in the morning on off days..and on training days take one before a workout and one after..or just one after if money's tight.
This would be alot easier to do if you just buy L-Leucine powder in bulk and use it that way..it'll last you longer and you'll have more time to see and appreciate the results more without the damage to your wallet.
And that's all i gotta say about that.

Gakic The energy wasn't anything to write home about, but i guess Gakic is more of a fatuige reducer..hence why it says it on the label. The mental focus was ok, but the main reason i didnt discontinue taking it was because it indirectly helped with muscle gain..when your less fatuiged you can get more reps with the same or higher weight=more stress on the muscle=growth.

i didn't notice any side effects while on it..so its safe to say..well..its safe. The effect of Gakic lasted me about an hour which was ideal since i keep my workouts close to that time. Strength went up a bit but noticed better results with other/simplier supplements.

The mixability was good..taste could have been better but that's that.

Oh, and for the record.. 7g of Glycine and 4g of L-Arginine does the exact same thing for me..try it and judge it for yourself.

naNO Vapor I put this under the energy section even though it has muscle building and fat loss properties in too, just because i feel it does more for energy than anyting else.

Ok, on to the review..a lot, and i mean ALOT of muscletech products are pure garbage, but this one acutally worked for me, when i was taking it. There was so much stuff in it (essential and non essential) that one way or another SOMETHING had stick and make a difference in preformance. This is great for mental focus, alertness and just basic readiness to lift weights. I knew it was working because after a heavy set that took massive amounts of concentration, the back of my skull tingled adn i got a little light headed. Now for some people this would be a bad thing, but for serioius lifters, thats a fantastic thing (proves that its making a difference).

My stamina went up as well along with some increases in strength more so than size. i started out with one scoop, then moved up to two and thats where the doseage stayed..i didnt need to constantly increase my dosage according to tolorance levels.

The ONE bad thing i experienced on NaNo Vapor was when i took it with NOTHING in my stomach..it would cramp up like a motherf*cker adn it was uncomfortable to the point if i didnt go away i couldnt lift. it always passed after i layed down for a little bit.. So yeah, find out your tolorence level..be careful when taking it and follow instructions on the label and you'll see a difference the first time you take it.

White Blood I usually like Controlled Labs products, but this one was pretty sucky. The White Blood caps are pure dookie when compared to the White FLOOD original powder. Your better off with staright L-Arginine in reality. White Blood really got my heartrate up and i felt like i was burning 1000 times more calories; my veins were jumpin out but it didn't give my muscles a pump which i thought was a little odd. some more good news was i felt i could run a marathon with no problem and it makes you wanna get up and go do something (anything). IF YOU HAVE HEART CONDITIONS STAY THE HELL AWAY!! I found this product to only be useful for basically speeding up my heartrate.

White Blood is more of a mental supplement than a physical one. There are better supplements out here, but if your on a diet and wanna give it a shot, be my guest. Just keep an eye on how your body respondes to it, because if you take too much i can HONESTLY say it has the potential to give you a heart attack. I know i mentioned heartrate alot in this review, but its what it mainly did for me and i wanna let everyone know that, THAT'S what you should watch out for when taking this..good luck, and give it your all.

Essence Isolated Protein Blend Hey all, i've tried about every and i mean EVERY supplement out there..i guess i was destined to turn myself into a gueine pig..but oh well, to the review!!

The protein powder is made to preserve muscle, it's more along the lines of a slow digesting casein powder than a faster digesting whey powder, even though it has both in it. It doesn't really increase muscle mass, but it greatly prevents one from loosing it when you go to bed, so i think it's helped me in my lifts though just by preventing muscle breakdown at night..which is a Godsend. I noticed it mixes well AND tastes great too..The days after my workouts im still sore but i really reduces that "im gonna take a week off from the gym" feeling..the label doesnt lie.

OH, and it's got plenty of BCAA's and EAA in it, which we all know causes nitrogen retention resulting in more muscle post workout..honestly it's good shit..no joke
