Cellmass I took Cellmass for about 4 months and really did not know any better as it was my first use of Creatine. I have since used Sizeon and have seen the light in terms of Creatine effectiveness. Cellmass does little more than make you feel like you are taking something that will help you lift heavier weight and get big, which can be important due to its placebo effect. But as soon as you realize you are just drinking a moderately tasting sugary drink after workouts, you will disappointed. It does not mix well and requires you to fill up your glass multiple times to get it all out. This is a must due to its expensive price tag. A 30 day supply will cost upwards of 40 dollars. There is also some debate as to whether one of its main selling points, CEE or Creatine Ethyl Ester is actual even an active ingredient in this product. BSN is currently in a lawsuit as to whether or not they defrauded the public by not actually putting this in Cellmass. For these reasons I would suggest even regular bulk Creatine Monohydrate over overpriced Cellmass. It is a rich man's gatorade.

Leukic Leukic is part of the Creakic, and Gakic line of products that are marketed as being wonder supplements in there ability to bring your body to the next level. Leukic in particular promises to increase your anabolic capabilities after the first usage. This is just not the case. I took a bottle of Leukic and did not see one bit of difference in my lifts. You have to take 8 HUGE pills and it really is a challenge to get these down. The one bright spot of Leukic is that not only did I see no positive effects, I also did not see any negative ones. Essentially the use of this product is a push. You do not really gain or lose anything by trying it, but would have a considerably heavier wallet at the 69 dollar price tag that my GNC sells it for. My overall opinion is that this product could be done without and really should be avoided due to its ineffectiveness.

Atro-Phex I took two boxes of Atro-Phex during a cutting cycle. I really regret spending my money on this product. I really feel that it did nothing for me, and any losses that occurred were due to my changed routine. The product is very clear to tell you to start off slow, and this is well deserved. If you attempt to take too many too quickly you will pay for it with insomnia, as well as an upset stomach. Some other sides that I experienced while on Atro-Phex was chest pains around my heart, as well as the shakes. The jitters that I experienced are to be expected when using a product of this nature, but the intense pain in my chest was disconcerting. The product did not increase a sense of mental well being as it stated and really did the opposite when it kept you from sleeping at a reasonable hour every day you took it. There are much better fat loss supplements on the market that I have heard do not have the intense sleeping sides that this product comes with. I would steer clear of Atro-Phex.

NO-Xplode During my early lifting days the hot product was N.O Explode. I took it month after month due to the excitement surrounding it, and the fact all of my friends were as well. I seemed to have overlooked the fact that it was doing little to nothing for me. It did give a reasonably good pump, as well as a quick energy boost, but this only lasted so long. My body adapted very quickly to the product and soon after starting it, I needed to take more and more to get the same effects as in the beginning. The caffeine in N.O Explode makes you rather jittery, especially since you only started with one scoop and very soon after you have to make the jump to 3. If you are going to use this product you must be prepared to have another on hand for use after one or two months. You have to switch up this product as your pre-workout supplement because of its propensity to be adjusted to in the body so quickly. It does not taste the greatest and mixes rather poorly. You are always putting more water in your glass to scrape out the remains. Overall, I would look at Superpump or White Flood.

Plasma Jet I took the 30 day box of Plasma Jet with surprisingly good results. I had originally taken N.O Explode as my Nitric Oxide supplement, but felt a much greater and profound pump with Plasma Jet. It says to take it up to 5 minutes before workouts, but I have found that its greatest effectiveness comes when using it around 2 hours before your workout. By the time you hit the gym you are considerably more veiny, and you feel much stronger during your lifts. There are 10 pills that you must take as a dose and this can sometimes be a challenge for individuals who are not used to taking a great deal of pills in a short period of time. Also, you are only supposed to take the product every 2 or 3 days. Never consecutively. This is because the product really does stay in your system for about 36 hours and you really don't need to take it again during that time period. At first it felt odd not taking my N.O product before every workout, but you become used to the great pumps you still feel from yesterdays batch.
