I actually purchased some bulk capsules of this product based on reviews from this website, and needless to say I was very, very pleased. This is without a doubt the best pure energy product I've ever tried. I literally feel like I'm flying, with no jitters, for hours and am able to get much more done. It does provide more of a mental energy more than anything, and dosing of anywhere from 50mg-100mg seems to work well for me at 215 lbs. | 3 of 4 people found the following review helpful |

Yet another protein blend from a reputable company, needless to say I was dying to try this one and it certainly did not disappoint. Starting with the formula, I would compare it very closely to BSN's Syntha 6. It includes 5g of dietary fiber, healthy fats, and a blend of slow and quick releasing proteins. This makes it ideal to take at any time of the day, which I like to do. This product is in a whole different league when it comes to intraworkout supplementation. The addition of a high dose of beta alanine is good, as most supplement beta alanine these days anyway its good to have it in a supplement so I can save a dose of my other product for another day. Great ingredient profile in this bar. Taste is not the best but not the worst. Peanut butter aspect of the taste is the best. Cost effective for sure, though I've found what my favorite bar is now and don't buy these much anymore I would recommend trying them as some may find the flavor to be better than I did.
