Be sure to drink a lot of water while taking GG to really notice the effects. Spread the dosing pre and during. I usually take 2 scoops 30-45mins preworkout and 2 scoops during. I don't recommend high doses on leg days as pumps can be really painful. Mixes poorly and many prefer the scoop and chase method.

If you love pump products, definitely give this a try. White Flood is an amazing pick me up and leaves me wanting to toss weight around. Pumps are incredible. Taste leaves more to be desired but it's not hard to get down. Leaves me feeling solid (tight/pumped) almost all day.
