Lean Body RTD taste - 4.5/5 Excellent flavor. I've been taking protein powders for quite some time, but I think even somebody who hasn't would have been pleased with the taste, no real detectable after taste.

texture/consistency - 5/5 really really good; granted they are pre mixed, but it was just the right thickness to live up to "shake" rather than something that is like flavored skim milk.

nutritional profile - 4/5 very good, espicially in the land of rtd's that usually consist of whey or milk concentrate and nothing else, it was really nice to see milk protein isolate as the main source. Also nice to see were the 9g of healthy fats and 5g of fiber

price -2.5/5 (in general, obviously GNC is one of the worst places to buy) I'm not mad at Labrada for the price, I understand that these are more expensive ingredients than your typical rtd, but I have other pre bed protein fixes that are less expensive and similar quality. I would deffinetely buy these if they were on a sale though.

Pro Complex This is for Banana

Taste 3.5/5 It's definetely banana. I tried it in my oatmeal with water, and cottage cheese, both turned out quite nicely. If you like banana flavors, you will like this. I just don't think I'm much of a banana fan, if you are, the rating will most likely be higher.

Ingredient Profile 5/5 wow, optimum really outdid themselves. This is from the back of the Package...Not the site.Protein Blend (Whey Protein Isolate,Egg Albumen, Micellar Casein, Glutamine Peptides, L-Leucine, Whey Peptides, L-isoleucine, L-Valine) little bit of maltodextrin, but only 4.5g of carbs per scoop.

Price 3.5/5 We all know prices are going up all over the place. If you use one scoop of Pro complex, which is all I think you would need, you still get 30g of protein and you can stretch it out a bit further, price is fair, but not great.

    Ultra Peptide 2.0 Taste...9/10
-It is not the same as taking a chocolate protein powder, and mixing a tablespoon of PB in. If you want that..take choco 1.0 + T of PB
    - It is more like a Choco PB frozen desert taste. I guess you could say artificial PB...but in a tasty way like a tub of commercially processed chocolate peanut butter swirl ice cream.
    Consistency...10/10
I wouldn't call it thick, it poured out of my blender bottle relatively easy, it is however very creamy..not I'm drinking coffee creamers creamy, just good creamy.
    Ingredients...9.5/10
-Micellar Casein/whey protein isolate..it does not get any better.
-Sunflower oil - I trust Customizer used this because it tasted better than the rest of the oils
-Sodium Caseinate - not sure why this is in here, but it isn't high on the list, so I'm not upset by it
Edit:^CCC explained to my uneducated ass just why the Sodium Caseinate is in the formula. rating gets a +.5
-MCT's - I don't really see the point with how far down they are on the list. I'm guessing they are the one gram of sat. fat.
-CM - a little cell volumization before bed can be good thing
note, although I am being critical at some aspects, this is still far ahead of most of the other formulas on the market
    Macros...10/10
-18g of protein was a great call, this makes it very easy to fit into ones macros, you can add it to milk for more without having an unnecessary amount of protein...sorry you break it to some of you bros, but there is an upper limit to protein consumption just like every other macro!
-5g carbs, friendly for the low carbers out there, and again you can add stuff in. I will probably have some with oatmeal tomorrow, and I also want to try it with SuperCARB because I hear that is the best combination going.
-9g fat, very reasonable, and great for when you are on the go and can't mix in another fat source.
    Price...10/10
very reasonable if you shop around.

    overall...9.25/10
I still want to try this a few different ways, but so far it gets a 9, with potential for a 10 in the near future.

Just so you know my palate is sophisticated enough for you to trust my judgment. The other powders I deal with are Substance WPI, Ergopharm GF Pro, and Ultra Peptide 1.0

    Core ABC Taste - 8/10
This is a very good rating. I don't think I even gave UP 2.0 Choco PB 10/10, so don't let a lesser figure deter you. I enjoyed the taste. The best way to describe it is sugar free kool-aid. All BCAA products have a bit of an aftertaste, most of us that use BCAA on a regular bases have grown acustom to this. I was not bothered by any slight aftertaste there may have been, it just tasted sweet to me.

    Profile - 9/10
    Serving Size: 2 heaping scoops
    Servings per Container: 50
    L-Leucine 5.0g **
    L-Isoleucine 2.5g **
    L-Valine 2.5g **
    L-Glutamine 2.5g **
    Beta-Alanine 2.5g **
    Citruline Malate 2.5g

note: I weighed the powder, and 2 LEVEL scoops would equal 20g (the appropriate weight)

    BCAA10/10
for those of you who consume BCAA products during your training, this is perfect. I feel like 10g of BCAA is an appropriate amount for during training.

    Beta Alanine9/10
I had been using bulk beta-alanine for some time, and had not really been getting any noticeable parethesia (tingles) for some reason when I started using Core even at 1 scoop I was tingling a bit. They must have one hell of a source.
I gave it a 9 only because I would have liked to see the 'recomended' 3.2g

    Citrulline Malate8/10
I started the tub whilst bulking, and then increased dosage while cutting. I think the CM may have helped keep me looking full. I liked the lower dosed CM because it did not get me uncomfortably pumped during cardio. If you are looking for a pump, you may need another product to go along with this.

    Effectiveness - 9/10
I definitely think this supp did what it was intended to do. I really found it usefull while in a caloric defecit, as I seemed to lose no strength (which was in part diet) but I was depending on core to help ward of catabolism..which it did. I may mention I lost no strength during 3 weeks of a 'mini-cut'

    Price - 10/10
    500g BCAA (unflavored) 22.99
    100g L-Glutamine (25g short) 4.95
    100g CM (25g short) 12.00
    100g BA (25g short) 7.95

    Total = 47.89
This also tastes like ass, and no, a packet of crystal light will not fix it

Core Price = 44.95 if you look around
you get more stuff, it tastes a hell of a lot better, and its cheaper than bulk

10/10 and I won't here any arguements, especially after all that really hard math

Would I buy again - Absolutely
