I've tried just about every pre-workout supplement on the market. Although this isn't my absolute favorite, this is a very good product. The price/servings is unbeatable and Universal is one of the best companies in the business. The energy/pump from Shock Therapy is very good, but I also notice head aches shortly after my workout. Who would've thought such a great protein would be found at Wal-Mart. I was busy shopping when I saw this for $14 and picked it up. The profile looked wonderful so I was expecting the taste/mixing ability to be wayy off. I was wrong! This stuff is no worse than any other protein on the market. Controlled Labs has truly won me over with this one. Although the price is relatively high, this is a great post-workout recovery product. Before using Golden Finish, I used Real Gains post-workout. I feel that the extra-carbs/BCAA's speed recovery time and rebuild muscle like none other. I consider myself a stimulant junkie. On a daily basis I take 1+grams of caffeine, and live off of coffee and energy drinks. Rather than buying Caffeine tabs as usual, I decided to give this one a shot. First off, Universal is one of the most legit companies in the business. They've been putting out quality supplements for years! I've had bad joints for years, due to sports, and decided I would give this a shot. My expectations were high going in, and Animal Flex ended up living up to it.
