This product is a great recovery enhancer. For this product I would go with the watermelon flavor it tastes great. The muscle gainage from this product is also a good benefit. Higher Power Micronized Creatine Monohydrate is such a wonderful product. This product is a basic creatine product but it gets the job done. To start taking the product you start on a load phase. For the load phase you take 10-15 grams of creatine for the first week. Then the next phase is maintence phase. For this phase you take 5 grams of creatine daily for a total of up to two months. After that you rest off for about a week or two and then you start again back from the Loading phase. I have been using this product for quite sometime now and I never looked back. I save my money by sticking to this product instead of using a complex product like Size-on. I also gained great strength and size due to water weight. The price for this product is unbeatable and Higher power is definatley a reputable company. Get this product if you are a serious lifter and are looking for great gains!!

Oh my goodness!! this product is great!!! This product is unlike any other Nitric oxide product. When I took this product it helped my lifts dramatically and I felt super energized. Before taking nitric oxide explode I was benching 110 and after about a week I was benching up to 130! If there was one product I had to choose to use for the rest of my life then this product would definatley be it. The taste is also bangin and doesn't taste chemical like.
