I have recently amped up the intensity of my cut, ranging from my diet to my training intensity (more supersets/less rest). as a result, i have needed to increase my protein and amino acid intake to keep as much muscle as i possibly can.
For the last 3 weeks or so I have been taking 2 tablets of Allmax Leutor-70 before my workouts, 2 more after, along with 1 upon wakening. It is not a huge amount of amino acids by any means, but since i began doing this, i have noticed a much greater ability to retain strength and improve. Main improvements have been on my incline bench and pulling movements, while my flat bench and leg strength have stayed somewhat stable. considering the difference in my bodyfat, i would say i am more than satisfied. Also i have experienced a lot less soreness the following day.

the pricetag can be hefty, but every now and then good deals come up on leutor, thats the best time to jump on it and give it a run
