This product helped me break a few Pr's in the gym. I was stuck on my bench and on my squat but this helped me get through it. This tastes amazing! It has that refreshing type of taste like when you take a mint and your mouth feels fresh. I found that I was recovering faster which is great because I was able to get more out of the next day's workout. Overall, great product. Highly recommended.

Works well as a pre workout, extended pump and strength, i can really feel the muscle tighten straightaway before i even finish my warmup sets!! sharp increase in weight lifting after being stagnant for a while, worth a try!!
