Pump		but it did not deliver a sustained pump associated with other Nitric Oxide boosters.
Taste		However, if caffeine and monohydrate take you where you need to go for a workout, this is a fantastic good tasting product.

Headache	but in my case they over stimulated my head and stomach.

Taste		Tastes like cardboard...which is fine if it actually did anything for me.

Nausea or vomiting	This stuff has made me throw up twice (which nothing I have ever taken has) and has made my stomach sick every other time I have taken it- just managed to hold off from vomiting.

Physical energy		You can feel the energy with this formula I'd give it 8.5/10.
Pump		Superpump max does quite well as a preworkout though the inclusion of beta alanine would really help.
Pump		The pump didn't blow me away (I had very high expectations since the name was superpump Max) 7/10.
Strength		The strength component of this formula is peak ATP and Creatine monohydrate which does it's job 7.5/10.
Taste		The green apple flavor is actually the best preworkout I've ever tasted it straight up tastes like green apple candy 10/10.
