Focus		Actually, I really didn't feel any different after taking it until I started working out..Seemed the harder I worked the more energy and focus I had..Kind of like an "on demand" sort of thing.
Endurance		There was no crash or other unpleasant after effects..Strength, endurance and muscle pumps were great.

Endurance		I tryed out ErgoGenix ErgoPump in the gym today I worked chest and I did notice I had a bigger chest pump then usual and it did increase my energy/endurance in the gym as well.

Mixes well		In a world of supplement world of pre workouts i think this mixes in in the upper middle of them, Like I said with a few tweaks to the current product I think it can separate itself!

Focus		Focus (8/10) - Focus is pretty good.
Focus		I take ErgoPump about 30 minutes before I start, and it seems when I start my workouts, I just get in the zone... focused on my workout for the day.
Focus		To me, it is about the same focus as other PW's.... Pump (9/10) - This is what I love, the pump.
Vascularity		I can't speak too much on vascularity because of my weight,
Vascularity		but I've had a few veins pop that haven't, so I'm loving it.
Vascularity		Again, loving the pumps, and hopefully the more weight I drop, the better the pumps and vascularity will be.
Physical energy		Energy (9/10) - ErgoPump gave me a steady, clean flow of energy.
Physical energy		To me, that means I wasn't jittery, my heart didn't beat faster, didn't feel some super rush of energy.
Physical energy		I've been working out on a cut, lower calories, less energy.... ErgoPump helped me get throw some of these workouts.
Physical energy		Crash (10/10) - Again, what I credit to clean energy... I've taken some PWs where shortly after working out, I crash... all my energy just leaves and I get real draggy, sleepy, etc.
Physical energy		My energy isn't always there, so it really gives me a great boost to work hard.
Pump		Energy (9/10) - ErgoPump gave me a steady, clean flow of energy.
Pump		I've been working out on a cut, lower calories, less energy.... ErgoPump helped me get throw some of these workouts.
