Physical energy		Teacor-This is an energy ingredient that Cellucor added to the G4 series that is supposed to give you fast acting and prolonged energy.

Muscle gain		Some studies say Velvet Bean has been known to increase muscle mass, and from taking the G4 supplement for more than a weak, my muscle density seems denser.
Endurance		Beta-alanine has been shown to enhance muscular endurance.

Pump		I did not get much of a pump even after taking a lot of carbohydrates and water.
Focus		Tyrosine gives you that mental alertness and focus pre-workout to get lifting those weights beast mode.

Taste		Taste - ok first off i figured id try the icy blue razz seeing as i wasnt a fan of the original C4 blue razz flavor so i gave it a shot that they might've tweaked the flavor a little bit in the new series.
