When you look at a product like Universal "Creatine Chews," the first thought that pops into your head is convenience. And then after that: value. You don't create a product like this to "revolutionize" the creatine industry, because that's certainly not what this product does. However, it does execute on what it was mean to be: a mildly effective, good-value-for-the-money, convenient product. I like the idea of being able to just "pop" my creatine in. And the formula they've chosen in the proven, pure creatine monohydrate is the right move, I think, given what this product is. The taste is decent, but, again, you buy this product for what it is, and it executes on that great. I'd say it's a good value and extremely convenient, and should definitely be a contributing aspect of many peoples supplement routine, especially for those on a budget.

Universal's Creatine Chews is creatine is an easy, portable way to take creatine. No need to mix with spoon because you just take 4 tablets and you are equipped with 5 grams of creatine monohydrate. Creatine straight from German which is one of the purest on the market. The grape flavor is okay, though its not the best. You gain a little water weight, but creatine helps you gain muscle mass and lift more in the gym. You can take it before your workout, after your workout, or anytime during the day. It is very convenient to your schedule. The price is pretty good on the bodybuilding com site at $12.49 providing 36 days of 5 grams of creatine. Pick up some and you won't be disappointed.

Value for money		I noticed some decent muscle growth within about two weeks so I'd say its worth the money.

Strength		After four weeks all lifts are up by 5-10lb and can definitely see some changes in upper body size.
Taste		Taste is pretty good too - reminded me of those flintstones multi-vitamins from my childhood.


Pump		Ive noticed after two weeks I got stronger and i felt more pumped in the gym.
Taste		These chews are a really convinient thing theres no worrying about mixing them, they also tastes really good for a creatine chew.
