Muscle gain


Fat loss		I see a slight loss of body fat after using CLA for 3 weeks along with L-Carnitine.


Physical energy		but it helps with sustainable energy and with your metabolism.
Thermogenic effect		Works well, not a thermo and doesn't come with jitters or effects of caffeine.

Upset stomach	It caused me to have some pretty bad stomach problems, which is in no way the fault of the company.


Fat loss		Before she ever used CLA she lost 15lbs in 6months, this was by dieting and doing mostly cardio.
Fat loss		With CLA she was dieting doing cardio and weight training, one cheatmeal a week and lost 7lbs in one month.

Value for money		i honestly cant tell a difference between these and primaforce's cla supplement... and primaforces is alot cheaper,


Suppressed appetite		I like this product because it does well to curb appetite, and mixed with USPLabs OxyELITE Pro will DESTROY any appetite, without leaving you all wired up.
Taste		but didn't like the residual taste *i.e.


Fat loss		I tried various fat burners, Lipo-6x, Hydroxycut, a few others.
