Muscle gain		yet they are bigger than the other tab I have trie d(met-rx) I like to have these handy when I'm on the go to make sure I get my aminos in when I don't have time to snack/make a shake, it's better than not getting anything in at all.

Ingredient profile		B: when they talk about Amino2222 , they advertise on the l-carnitine & l-ornithine in this product, on the label it says it has 4mg of these amino acids !!!! so what's the deal with that !?


Taste		I'll finish the bottle and move on to a tasteless powder I can mix with my protein shake.

Taste		gettin straight to the point this product is good for health and wellnesss not really for building muscle and the tablet was very big,my freind actually choked on half of a tab and i had to give him the hymlick monuver,so if your not a really big person dont try to swallow one infact dont buy the tabs cause i bought the 320 tab and everytime i take some i chew them up and they dont taste so great
