Recovery ability		but I can say that I have never had any negative side effects from this creatine and always have felt stronger and recovered faster than without it.

Value for money		The good: I was able to lift much more with the use of the product (Loading stage) It is not as expensive as capsules (P750 to P1250) The bad: Doesn't mix well (I have to refill my cup to make sure I drink all of it) The bottom line: Make sure you do the loading phase (4 servings per day for 5 days) Maintain creatine saturation (1 serving per day for 11 weeks) Drink it with a juice or something, it makes it easier to drink than just with water
