Ingredient profile		Trac no extreme is a great product it does for me every thing the label say it does I have been using it for over 5 years and I highly recommend it to any one whos serious about their weight lifting.


Thermogenic effect		sweating like crazy gasping for air and extremely high heart rate and it was not even a heavy day.
Physical energy		No energy, bad taste, and i felt like i am going to die.

Fat loss		I tried losing weight and switched off to other creatine, no supps...most were with crazy stims.

Vascularity		I was extra vascular everytime I took this supp.
Physical energy		My only dislike is that the amount of stims in it left me shaky about 2 hours after taking it and then I would have a bad energy crash 4-6 hours after taking it.

Strength		It helps you lift some wicked heavy weight, and you end up feelin like a million bucks cuz of the adrenaline it causes you to release.

Pump		If u take it within 10 mins or less before you startin pumpin, it is significantly less effective.
