Pro Complex by Optimum Nutrition is the result of modern processes that allow for the isolation, concentration, and selective modification of bioactive compounds in various whey and egg proteins. Taste		The taste was terrible and it was way over-priced (as is typical with GNC).

Taste - AMAZING!! Buy the chocolate..not too strong..taste just right, and mixes easy (no lumps at all) even mixing it in a shaker for 30 seconds and you are good to go.

Anti-catabolic		Another benefit of this is the time release of protein...it has 4 different kinds of protein if not more...its good as a morning shake as it will keep feeding your muscles throughout the day and its great as something you could drink before you go to bed as it also has slow digesting protein.
Value for money		Only reason it gets a 9, is due to the high price tag.

Muscle gain		I do a lot of cardio with swimming, running, and playing basketball, and Pro Complex still allowed me to gain more muscle mass even with all of the calories I burned.
Strength		Effectiveness (10/10): I had almost no soreness the next couple of days after lifting weights and I have increased my strength a lot more in my entire body than when I used the previous two supplements.
Taste		Taste (9/10): Rich Milk Chocolate was a pretty good flavor,

Muscle gain		I use this protein to create a super charged shake in the morning (as a breakfast) and before working out and gained 5 solid pounds of muscle in a month, not roids, just a preworkout and a good diet.
Taste		Rocky Road is by far my favorite flavor, goes as good with milk as with water and disolvs just a little slower than Standard, no complains at all, a really good milkshake here.
Value for money		If it wasn't for the price, this would be permanently in my stak,
