Pump		I like this drink it isnt too sweet, and it gives me good pumps in the gym

Taste		It tates like they liquified some jolly ranchers!! Beyond the taste though, I did not see or feel anything that made me want to purchase this product again.

Value for money		however like the shakers that came with it (best part of the product IMO) :P I would recommend spending money on other supplements before using a waxy maize product.


Endurance		I find this a great intra workout product, before taking i would get fatigued mid workout and my lifting suffered immensly.

Diarrhea	The first time I took it with 2 scoops and had some pretty bad diarrhea.

Taste		Terrible tasting and I didn't get a whole lot out of this product.
