Pump		but my list of others is basically Epiq pre, Jack3d advanced, Pump fuel insanity This beats everything I have personally tried, and as far as when I cycle back onto creatine, this would be my first stop.

Ingredient profile		but the doctor said that the ingredients in it, mainly creatine and caffeine (I was also wary of a few other ingredients), didn't respond well with my body, and told me to get off it ASAP, as I was already planning to anyhow.

Focus		I stack with NOW Sports Beta Alanine and you ge the tingles, the focus, and FIRED UP AS HELL.
