Strength		some strength and noticeable gains .
Pump		I did like this product, I found my pumps to be Slightly greater

Gas or bloating	things I really liked about it is that it didn't give me a bloated feeling like creatine mono, which was a big upside for me , I did notice that the tablets were big so people that aren't good with pills might not be to fond of it.

Value for money		i took this product for a month I saw nothing what a waste of money!!


Fat loss		Finished a bottle and it is amazing a friend and I both finished around the same time and he gained close to 17 pounds in a month and myself I gained 15, the density from this product is unrivaled.

Upset stomach	Didnt mess with stomach or anything like that and never had any problems, except for the pills are extremely brittle to say

Strength		There is a noticeable increase in strength, seems like a stable supplement with no adverse side effects!!!


Fat loss		Pros: Massive strength gain great size gain leaner body cheap price dont seem to retain water Cons: tablets are very easy to break and crumble cannot be exposed to "regular" air because tablets start to disintegrate as this happened to the 4 tabs i took out, as i forgot them.

Strength		The strength increases just seemed to keep flowing, and the beta-alanine tingles were sweet.
