Strawberry

I was looking for a bit of a change so I went for Soy Isolate from SciFit, as it was much less expensive than whey isolate. However, I was disappointed to see that this is less "isolated" than I thought it'd be - there's still 3 grams of carbohydrates per serving, with 1 gram of fat and 23 grams of protein. That's not really too big a deal, considering it is currently $40 for 5 lbs, comparable to many whey products. The soy's consistency was a bit grainy and seemed to require a lot of water to mix up, and tended to make thicker shakes, not always the smoothest to mix. There's also a bit o an odd taste, which takes away from the strawberry flavor a bit. It's not overly sweet, which is nice, but not entirely pleasant.
