Once again a cheap pickup from the GNC (which i know work at lol)
Personally, i wouldnt suggest buying from cellucor at their retail prices, they are very expensive, and i'm not convinced their products are the holy grail.
anyways, i have noticed some decent progress since i began taking WS1. Though there is little info on what Bitter Gourd Extract does, i believe it is probably the ingredient responsible for the following downsides that i experienced. Irregularity, i was constantly going to take a crap and was rarely solid. usually wreaked worse than normal and was more green than brown. your welcome for painting a picture. in addition i experienced a slight amount of bloating and cramping from the TTA, not as bad as past experiences as the dose is much lower. It did cause me to be more gassy than normal as well.
all in all, its probably not worth all the sides considering the price. i wouldnt run it again.
