Refine is the newest fat loss product from GNC, and although it isn't the most original formula, it is pretty extensive. One nice thing is that GNC reveals the caffeine content - 200 mg per serving - so you don't have to worry about being totally cracked out (unless you want to). Of course, this also contaisn yohimbe, so watch out if you're not a fan of nausea. The other ingredients are pretty standard, with yerba mate, green tea, white willow, grape seed extract, etc. The energy is pretty good and appetite suppression is effective as well. The downside is that the effects don't last too long. The thermogenic effect is pretty significant, even when you take less than the full dose (2/3 pills). PIt doesn't really stand out in its field, especially not at the MSRP.
