This is pretty much your standard fat burner, with nothing too exciting to set it apart from other fat burners. However, one positive attribute of Ramp Up is that it isn't a kitchen sink formula, and actually has a low number of ingredients. Unfortunately, many of them are of questionable effectiveness, such as mustard seed, winter green, marine coral calcium, AAKG and meadowsweet. The effects of Ramp Up seemed to be more geared toward an energy product rather than a fat burner, as there was no thermogenic effect or appetite suppression whatsoever. I did get an energy boost and felt as though I had a bit more endurance, but most of that effect wore off around the 90-minute mark, and this was with the maximum (two pill) dose.
