Since I have had troubles getting good sleep, I often go look into similar supplements that aid me with this. I've only tried ON Melatonin and Allmax Melatonin, and I gotta say the second one is my favorite (but also pricey).

Usually 1 cap or MAX 2 get me a good quality rest and I wake up the next day early very fresh, with good stamina, energy and well being feeling.

If youre skeptical about this type of supplements, I suggest you to take a look at them and judge by yourself, they are relatively cheap and have great benefits. (however nothing out of the extraordinary).

If you have to choose between brands, go with any. ON if youre on a budget or allmax if you have teh bucks.

Melatonin has helped me get through nights in rough times. As many people experience, it can be hard between school, homework, work, the gym and sports, and having a social life, that you may not always get as much sleep as you want. Since i started using Melatonin, i have been able to get better sleep. Not longer, and it does not necessarily knock me out, but when i do fall asleep, i stay asleep, and wake up in the morning feeling refreshed and ready to go, be it off of 5 or 6 hours of sleep as opposed to my prefered 9 hours.
What I like about melatonin is that i have not ever developed any sort of tolerence, i have not ever had to go over 3mg per night, and i dont find that i "need" it to fall asleep on nights where i dont need to or want to take it, or even for spans of a month or longer when i have the option to sleep in.
So if you're having problems sleeping, give melatonin a shot, its really cheap, and it works.
