Fat loss		i have been taking this for a month and a half now or so went threw 2 whole bottles of the stuff and didnt lose one pound i have a moderate diet and work out three times a week id say this product is absolute **** as well as most of universals "universal" brand.
Value for money		but that **** actually works this stuff here is cheap GARBAGE DONT BUY!!!
