Strength		i have made consistent gains since i began supplementing with this.

Upset stomach	maybe my body is just more prone to digesting it's own muscles than other people's??? no stomach upset at all, i take in the morning before breakfast, and 30ish min before workouts.


Value for money		After a heavy day of legs, DOMS were kept at bay and I was able to continue on fresh with my weekly routine, and the price is right.

Diarrhea	but still when this one runs out I'm going to get another one.


Value for money		Normal glutamine not better nor worse than any other.The only problem is that 1 capsule has only 1g of glutamine, so you need to eat 5 capsules at once to get a normal dose your body need.It mnean that the price of the product is too high comparing to a powder-like glutamine.


Recovery ability		These caps won't give you the huge gains you want, they do give you a great amount of help with recovery if you take them with your protein supps and not to mention the boost in your immune system.
