Recoup is an advanced blend of the 3 Branch Chain Amino Acids, L-Leucine, L-Valine and L-Isoleucine. Each serving provides a full 7.2 grams of these essential amino acids that play such an important role in recovery after a period of stress such as an intense workout. These pharmaceutical-grade BCAAs are supplemented with pure Free Form L-Glutamine and Citrulline Malate. In addition, a full complement of the B vitamins have been added. Value for money		Definetly a good product and the price is good.


Recovery ability		Finally the real purpose of the Elite Recoup, a speedy recovery and prevention of muscle breakdown, didn't seem to be on the same level as Xtend.
Taste		There was a unpleasant aftertaste as well with the Watermelon flavor too.
Mixes well		The Elite Recoup had a pour mixability, there were always significant amounts of granules at the bottom, even with just 2 scoops and 16 oz of water in a shaker (the one with the metal ball to help counteract any remaining powder solids).


Taste		The fruit punch tease is terrible :(...I won't never buy this flavor again..I heard that lemonade is better...


Taste		The taste is bad and if you are unlucky enough to take the last gulp, you will be left with the worst chemical aftertaste ever.

Crash	But i have to rate this as poor because i had a very very bad crash the one time i used this.
