Texture		i give this product an A+.... i love the fact that when i put it in my fruit smoothies and shakes it doesnt change the flavor at all... i just wish they made a bigger tub so that i wont have to keep buying the 1lb tub.

Gas or bloating	I get no gas or bloating from thsi product, as I do other crappy isolates (if you want to call them that).


Taste		Taste is not bad, just make sure you don't add lots of water or it taste very weak.

Mixes well		I have used a lot of proteins in the past and this one is definitely one of the best for in-between meals and pre-workout- it mixes easily and digests pretty quickly.


Value for money		Since it is more pricy than normal weigh I suggest buying it through Super Supplements or other discount retailer.


Muscle gain		I use this along with Steel meal, a Casein type, and have noticed a massive increase in strength.
